Agreement
Updated: 11/18/2022 by Computer Hope
An agreement is often a legally binding arrangement made between two or more parties. For example, with a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), the parties agree to not discuss or disclose any of a company's intellectual property or secrets. Anyone found disclosing such information who signed an NDA could be held legally responsible for any damages.
