How to use the Alt+up keyboard shortcut
To use the keyboard shortcut, press and hold either Alt key, and while continuing to hold, press ↑.
Alt+up in Google Sheets
Pressing Alt+↑ in a Google Sheets navigates to the previous sheet in the file.
Alt+up in Microsoft PowerPoint
Pressing Alt+↑ while in a Microsoft PowerPoint increases the sound volume in Microsoft PowerPoint slideshow view.
Alt+up in Windows File Explorer
While in Windows File Explorer, pressing Alt+↑ goes to the folder where the currently-selected folder is located. For example, if you were in the C:\Windows\System32 folder, using this shortcut once would go into the Windows folder. Pressing it again would go into the C: drive and pressing it again would go into This PC.
