Amazon Photos

Released in 2014, Amazon Photos is a cloud storage platform that supports photos and videos. Photos can be manually uploaded using the website or mobile app for iPhone or Android. Once stored, they can be organized into albums, shared with other users, or ordered as prints from Amazon. The app can also be configured to automatically back up new photos and videos from a particular device.

Amazon Photos is directly tied to your main Amazon account. All users are allowed 5 GB of photo and video storage for free. For more storage capacity, there are several subscription plans starting at $1.99 per month for 100 GB.

What is Prime Photos?

Prime Photos is a lot like Amazon Photos, but is a service only available to Amazon Prime members. With Prime Photos members get unlimited photos storage and 5 GBs of video storage as part of their membership and can be upgraded.
