Bluesky

Bluesky may refer to any of the following:

1. When describing a color, blue sky or "skyblue" is a shade of blue. See our skyblue color code page for an example of this color, its color code, and related colors.

2. Bluesky is the name of the free, federated, social microblogging service released to everyone on February 6, 2024. Bluesky resembles X (formerly Twitter) and allows people to make small posts online.

Unlike other social media sites, Bluesky is an open network for the social Internet and cannot be controlled by one company or person. One way this is accomplished is the company's use of the AT Protocol, which supports multiple social modes, not only Bluesky.
