Is there a FAT16 to FAT32 file converter for Windows 95?

Windows 95 does not include any supported FAT (File Allocation Table) converter. The user may have one of three options available to get FAT32 support.
Recreate the partition
If you are running Windows 95 OSR2, delete your partition (which deletes all your information) and recreate the partition using FAT32.
Use third-party partition utility
The user can purchase the Partition Magic utility to convert their hard drive partitions from FAT16 to FAT32 and change other aspects of the drive.
Upgrade to Windows 98 or later version of Windows
Alternatively, upgrade to Windows 98 or later version of Windows, which, during the upgrade, can convert the hard drive to FAT32.
