Being aware of ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge), open the computer, and temporarily remove any peripheral devices from inside the computer. Internal peripherals include, but is not limited to, the computer modem PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) and ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) card, sound card, and network card.

Motherboard issue

If you continue to experience the same issue after disconnecting peripheral devices, it's likely the motherboard is malfunctioning. We strongly recommend contacting the motherboard manufacturer for replacement or repair.
