High definition monitor has two small lines across it

If you noticed you have two small lines on your screen, it is a normal function of the characteristics of high definition monitors. It is not a defect in the monitor. Otherwise, for steps to remove distorted images on your screen, see: How to fix a distorted or skewed image on the monitor.
