Why has Computer Hope not answered my questions?

Computer Hope is a free service to the world and tries to help everyone to the best of its ability. Because we are a free service, we receive hundreds of e-mails daily and cannot guarantee an answer to every question. With our limited staff and the requirement of updating our thousands of pages it is difficult to answer all questions we receive.

If it's been several days and you haven't received a reply, try asking on another Computer Hope service such as our online chat or online forums.

Does this mean my question is deleted?

Absolutely not! Any e-mail question that's currently not in our database or has not been answered is not deleted until its been added to our website. Once added, you' ll be able to find the question in our database later.
