How to disable Screen Scan

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Display icon.
  3. In the Display window, open the "Screen" tab.
  4. Uncheck the check box for enabling Screen Scan. If you cannot locate this box, it is likely this is not the cause to your issue.
