What versions of Windows support USB 2.0?

Microsoft Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and all future versions of Windows support USB 2.0. Users running Microsoft Windows 2000 can get USB 2.0 support in Service Pack 4 and through the Windows update site. Microsoft Windows Me and Windows XP users can obtain USB 2.0 drivers and support by visiting the Windows update site as well.
Note
If USB 2.0 support is not detected on the computer, the download option for the drivers won't be available.
