How to create a log of a Windows telnet session

In the telnet window, click Terminal drop-down menu and select the option Start Logging. This action opens a new window where you can save the log. Once the log location is specified, logging is enabled.
Other Windows users
The default telnet client included with Windows 2000 and Windows XP cannot log a telnet session using Terminal. However, there are third-party telnet programs with this capability.
