Game locks when sound attempts to play

The settings for the sound card may be improperly set. Type del am.cfg and press Enter, and am.cfg should be deleted. Type Amazon and make sure you have the correct settings. Try again and if that does not work, continue doing the same thing until the problem is resolved.

Graphics in the program hesitate before or during a sound

Ensure that you are running the correct sound settings and you are running in Super VGA Mode. If these settings appear to be correct, try typing Amazon /1 and press Enter, then try to run Amazon. If this still does not resolve the issue, try typing Amazon /j and run it again. If that does not work, you may need to contact Access Software support.
