I've got a lost guest and I am unable to find the guest

If your park is not designed well or you have paths leading to areas of your park that are not developed, your guests may become lost. To locate a lost guest, look through the summary display of the Guest info window. When you find the "I'm Lost" entry, click it. Using the Pincers button, pick up the guest and place them close to the exit of your park.

Once the guest is no longer lost, attempt to locate how they became lost and fix it to prevent future issues.

Why do I have broken benches and lights?

Your park is experiencing vandalism. Replace the broken item by removing and replacing it with a new item. Once replaced, ensure you have proper security in that area of the park.

I cannot build a tunnel

To create a tunnel, you must build the tunnel on a flat surface and not at an angle. If the slope of a hill is at an angle, add a straight piece before building the tunnel.
