What is a Computer Hope request for follow up?

Computer Hope may tag an e-mail message with a request that it be followed up. This request is made to the individuals who have sent us a question that is not currently listed in our database. Its purpose is to find out if the solution suggested resolves an issue, so it can be posted on our site.

We would like for users who receive this request to reply to the e-mail indicating that the solution has resolved their issue. Or, if they have found an alternative solution to the issue, we would like to know to keep our site up-to-date.

Helping Computer Hope understand how issues are resolved improves our questions and answers section. It also helps others find solutions to their questions.
