CNCF

Short for Cloud Native Computing Foundation, CNCF is a nonprofit organization that aims to advance the development and adoption of cloud-native technologies. Announced by the Linux Foundation on July 21, 2015, the CNCF provides a neutral space for open-source projects that implement the principles of cloud-native computing. The foundation's primary goal is to foster collaboration among developers and organizations to progress developing cloud-native technologies.
The CNCF hosts and supports many projects, with Kubernetes likely being the most well-known. Other CNCF projects cover various categories of the cloud-native ecosystem, such as networking, storage, and monitoring.
