HPSA or HP Support Assistant is a free utility on Hewlett Packard computers released after 2012 that helps avoid and resolve problems with the computer using updates and self-help options.
Where is the HP Support Assistant?
In Windows 10 and Windows 11, the HP Support Assistant is accessed by double-clicking the program shortcut on the Windows desktop or clicking the blue question mark on the taskbar. In Windows 8, you can access the HP Support Assistant app on the Start screen.
Alternatively, you can also access it by clicking Start, typing support assistant, and pressing Enter.
If none of these options work, the program is not installed on your computer. You need to download and install the program to use it.
