My ISP was banned from chat because I evaded a previous ban and was generally being a troll. I apologize for my bad behaviour. I don't want other people from my ISP to be unable to access the service just because of me being a troll. I request you to kindly unban my ISP. I will not troll anymore.

People who troll don't usually just stop being Trolls...
