I'm learning javascript css and html self study at the moment

As a rule of thumb, 1 hr is better than 0 hrs.

A couple years ago, I wanted to learn it for the sake of learning.  I found HTML5 Game Development for Dummies fun and instructive.

I study about 7 hours a day. Might be too much
