Product: HP ProBook 450 G0 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-Bit)
Bluetooth not working
-Run 'Add device' finds nothing although devices next to pc.
-'Show Btooth devices'  shows nothing
-Device manager under 'Bluetooth radios' these are listed [1] Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and [2] Ralink Bluetooth 4.0 adapter . Both updated and ran a 'scan for hardware changes'
-BTooth Settings = Discovery + Settings : All yes ticked

Forgive a silly question - did you put both devices in pairing mode first?
