Is this a new install of F@H or a new problem with an existing install?  Do you get this error immediately upon launching the program?

Looks like a corporate computer with a roaming profile.

I'd uninstall and reinstall clean the F@H client as for looks like it got corrupted or is being run on a system that F@H was not originally installed to caused my profile creep from a roaming profile between 2 systems one with it installed and the other with it not installed, but it has inherrited roaming profile data.

Is this computer the computer that F@H was originally installed to, or are you trying to launch it on this computer here even though originally installed on another computer?

it was fresh install of F@H im running the windows 10 preview

I'm just wondering whether you're getting this right after the main window loads, i.e. when F@H starts to try and fold a work unit, or whether the program doesn't load at all.  If it's preventing you from loading the F@H window at all, that would be odd, as the core referenced (as indicated in the file path) is for the Nvidia core and shouldn't be needed to start the main program.
Have you checked whether the file mentioned in the error is actually present?

it happened when i try to load the program i think the file path is the ive just followed it to fahCore_17 there is an aplication file

I'm slightly confused.  Did F@H ever start on this machine or has this problem been there from right after installation?
I'm not sure if F@H has been tested on Windows 10 yet, I suspect not officially due to Windows 10 not being a production OS so it might be a compatibility issue.

No it have not ran on this machine with is rather unfortunate :(

It's likely the Win10 install...
Check the FAH Forums to see if anyone is running it on that OS.
