Computer Hope

I am on a new app-idea and it requires that two phones(iPhones) could connect with each other. I was wondering if there is such a code, software already in existence that does this: you hold the back or front of the two phones against each other and both the phones can receive data just by doing that. If there is such thing already, please help me. I might need someone for this and yes I will temporary hire someone if necessary (so paid). ;;
