Computer Hope

So I just got a new TV for my room, cause, I cant see the 32" that I had.  I live in kind of like a Apartment complex and has internet provided that we pay for but, it only allow's for 3 devices max.  I put the devices MAC Address into the configuration page and the TV see's and verify the signal but, it wont go to say like netflix's or any of the other preprogrammed channels on the remote

I was looking an entering the wrong IP.
