Computer Hope

I get this notification when I am trying to use old Comp. for recording and other things.

Entry not found not in the dynamic link library Kernel.32.dll
+ this C/windows\microsoft.net\framework\x2.0.50727 Mscorwks.dll
could not be loaded
I would appreciate some knowledge about this.
