Computer Hope

I am currently running Ubuntu 20.04 on an old work laptop, not that old 2018! I used Ubuntu to remove windows off the computer, couldn't use it since I couldn't login to the computer anymore.  Here I am a couple years later and I need windows back. I have tried creating a bootable USB manually with the Disks program, when that didn't work, I used the GParted program and I am still not getting it to work. I am formatting the drive as ntfs, which the instructions on various sites say should work. I have changed the boot up sequence to include the USB and the CD drive just in case. I notice that now in the Disks program I also have a CD Drive, event though my laptop doesn't. I reboot and am greeted with Ubuntu load up screen each time.

Any insight or help would be great, or even maybe a better how to article!

After you download the Windows 10 ISO, use Rufus to write the ISO to the USB flash. Rufus will write the USB disk so it is bootable.
