Computer Hope

So I just got a used Ender 3 and not sure how to interface with it and cant really find anything about how to use it or setup the models for printing

I thought that I had a card reader but, I ended up having to buy another one.  I moved the files on to the card an it's not seeing them :/  there stl files but, the printer isnt seeing them
