did you try a new monitor?... my thoughts are that we cant see the issue because the monitor is damaged maybe causing the light to shine thru on what should be a black background etc.

Dear Brothers thanks for your kind co-operation. Finally my problem solved..... a friend of mine suggested to reinsert the Monitor Cables....After doing that my Monitior problem gone and it is working perfectly without any light emitting...
