Drivers with Dell laptop on another pc

If i make a backup of my Dell laptop's win 10 and their drivers, would there be a problem if i reinstall that backup to a non-Dell pc or desktop?

Yes...the other PC needs its own drivers.

What if its a build desktop? Where would i go to get drivers for that pc? Would I just go for win 10 drivers?

No...you need to find out components it has especially Mboard and dload them from that manuf. site...
