Hey all FAH folders :). I am trying to catch Guitar_Man. (teasing) I think we started about the same time and I
was ahead of
him for a brief period. :D

But he has now left me behind in a cloud of smoke :(

I just completed my 2nd work unit, but still only have 600 points. I do NOT understand. If I get the 3rd completed
and still stay at 600, I may stop folding altogether? :(

Somebody hep meh!

If your doing it for rankings your doing it for the wrong reasons...

That is not my purpose, but I would like to see positive results, to know I"m not wasting my time. I also, would

expect a response for reasons to fold to come from someone, who is at least folding. My comment about catching gman, was tongue n cheek.

That's like thinking that God will be impressed if you say to him, "If you don't make me win the lottery, I'll kill a puppy!" Maybe you should just play games with your computer?

Tis you who should, and I'm prolly old enough to be your grandpa. Why do u get involved in something that has nothing to do with you.

I'm looking for an answer as to why another completed work unit yields no points, which you can't answer, cause u also have no experience folding, expect maybe your ma's laundry.

I'm trying to find out how points for work units are determined. I received 600 for my first completed work unit, and none for the 2nd.
I asked this question in another thread, and only got useless responses, so I'll try again and hope someone with folding experience responds this time.

Thanks,

I know exactly why.

But I haven't folded in a long time so I don't think I meet your stringent qualifications.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

If you read the other thread, you'll know why I'm thinking someone w/folding experience would have the answer.

I merged your two threads. Please do not start a new topic with the same question as one already in progress.
