Computer Hope

Hi,
I am sorry if I put this question in the wrong category, but frankly I know next to nothing about computers! Anyway, I like to shop on the website Temu, but whenever I try to, my cpu usage goes way up and the pc slows down a lot! Besides not going on Temu is there anything I can do to alleviate this problem? Thanks so much!
