Computer Hope

I can get the photos on the computer but they are in D drive. They will not transfer into my folders for some reason, I have tried to disable the drive with no luck. As soon as I insert the card reader, up comes Microsoft D drive photo app. Hopefully, I have placed this in the right place for some good advice on how to get over the problem please save me from going nuts.
