July 12, 2004 - Bethesda obtained the rights to the Fallout game series and announced that they were working on Fallout 3.
June 8, 2004 - On the same day Interplay reopened, Titus Interactive the primary share holder of Interplay declared bankruptcy.
June 4, 2004 - Interplay was closed by a California labor investigation. Interplay a few days later reopened after settling the issues.
October 9, 2002 - Interplay was delisted from NASDAQ.
August 16, 2001 - Titus Interactive announced it had taken control of Interplay.
1998 - Virgin Interactive agreed to a buyout from Interplay Entertainment, and acquired 43.9% of Virgin Interactive. The agreement gave Interplay distribution rights in North and South America.
