Microsoft Flight Simulator is as close to flying without actually flying. In Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000, you can fly new aircraft such as the Mach 2 Concorde, Boeing 777-300 jet airliner, Learjet 45, Boeing 737-400, and a Bell Jet Ranger III helicopter.
This game does take a lot of learning and practice, so be prepared to spend several hours practicing with each aircraft.
