Mountain Lion

Mountain Lion is the codename of OS X 10.8, the ninth major version 10 release of Apple's desktop operating system. It was released on July 25, 2012. The focus of this version was allowing the user greater ability to manage and synchronize data with other Apple devices, such as iPhones and iPads. It was the first release of OS X to include the Notification Center and a unified interface for posting to social media.
