OoVoo
Updated: 04/02/2019 by Computer Hope
Developed in 2007, ooVoo was a video, voice, and text-based chat application for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The service had unique features that other video chat applications did not at the time. It allowed large groups of up to 12 people to join a single video call, and chat using an Internet browser.
The ooVoo service was shut down in November 2017 by the parent company, Krush Technologies, due to a lack of profit.
