Owner

An owner may refer to any of the following:
1. An owner is the individual, computer, or software that created a file or document. For example, on a web server, you may be the owner of a file, which lets you change or delete the file. Other users may have rights to view the file but cannot do anything else with it.
2. An owner can refer to the TCO (total cost of ownership).
3. In general, an owner is the person who owns a product. For example, if you bought a computer, you're considered the owner of the computer.
