Phablet

A phablet is a mobile device with the functionality of a smartphone but a larger touch screen, similar to a tablet. Their screens usually have a diagonal measurement that falls between 5.3 and 6.9-inches. The device usually credited for popularizing this form is the Samsung Galaxy Note, pictured here, which was released in October 2011.
