Filter Gallery is a collection of filters directly available on the Filter menu. Within the Filter Gallery interface, these filters can be layered to create additional effects using the New effect layer button in the lower right of its window.

Filter Gallery works on 8-bit, 16-bit, RGB (red, green, and blue), grayscale, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. This filter launches another window with options, and uses the currently active foreground/background colors.

Filter Gallery is part of Adobe Photoshop's Extended Filters.
