Photoshop Neon Glow

Photoshop Neon Glow or Neon Glow tints the image to reflect the foreground and glow colors using perceived highlights and shadows. Its parameters are glow size, glow brightness, and glow color.

Neon Glow works on 8 Bit, RGB (red, green, and blue), grayscale, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. This filter is part of the Filter Gallery, launches another window with options, and uses the currently active foreground/background colors.
