Photoshop Oil Paint or Oil Paint smears colors along an angle, respecting the image's edges, and adding height. Its parameters are brush stylization, cleanliness, scale, bristle detail, and lighting angle and shine.

Oil Paint works on 8 Bit, 16 Bit, 32 Bit, and RGB (red, green, and blue) images, and Smart Objects. This filter launches another window with options.
