Photoshop Paint Daubs or Paint Daubs simulates touching the canvas with a brush, causing pixels to be averaged, and creating a painted effect. Its parameters include brush size, sharpness, and brush type. Brush types can be simple, light rough, dark rough, wide sharp, wide blurry, and sparkle.

Paint Daubs works on 8 Bit, RGB (red, green, and blue), grayscale, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. This filter is part of the Filter Gallery, and launches another window with options.
