PPM
PPM may refer to any of the following:
1. Short for pages per minute, PPM is a measurement for determining how fast a printer can print. When comparing PPM between printers, it is important to note what quality the pages are being printed at; low-quality prints are faster than high-quality prints. Other measurements of a computer printer include CPS (Characters Per Second) and LPM (Lines Per Minute).
PPH (Pages Per Hour) is another printer measurement that looks at how many pages per hour instead of minute the printer can print.
2. Short for Perl package manager, PPM is an easy-to-use package manager for installing, upgrading, and removing Perl modules in ActivePerl.
