Printout

Updated: 05/01/2023 by Computer Hope
Illustration of a newspaper.

Comprised of text, images, or both, a printout is the finished product of a printer. For example, a student may type an essay, and then create a printout to hand in to their teacher. Printouts come in portrait or landscape orientation and are also often called a hard copy.
