Product
Product may refer to any of the following:
1. In Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets, PRODUCT is a function that multiplies two or more cells together. For example, the following formula would multiply cells from A1 to A30 together (i.e., A1 * A2 * A3, etc).
=PRODUCT(A1:A30)
Use the SUM function to multiply two cells.
See the following link for further examples and information with this function.
2. Generally, a product is a real or virtual object or service offered for sale to meet a need. For example, your computer or smartphone is a purchased product. To connect that device to the Internet, you use an Internet service provider who provides you with a service (another product). If you play an online game, you may have purchased a DVD (digital versatile disc) to install and play it or obtained a virtual copy through a digital distribution platform. That video game is also a product.
