SGRAM

Short for synchronous graphics RAM (random-access memory), SGRAM is a low-cost video memory module. It has 144 pins, with a single port. It can synchronize with a CPU (central processing unit) bus at speeds of 83 MHz, 100 MHz, 125 MHz, and 142 MHz.
