Talk

A talk may refer to any of the following:

1. Talk describes when two devices have established a connection are communicating. See our communications page for further information.

2. With a command, talk is a Linux command line command that provides a text chat interface. See our talk command page for further information.

3. In general and as a verb, talk describes one or more people speaking words. To talk with others on the Internet you can chat, e-mail, post on a forum, and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
