TextEdit

TextEdit is a text editor and word processor that is included with Apple macOS X that lets you create, view, edit, and modify text files and documents. The editor lets you format the text, create tables, import graphics, work with HTML (hypertext markup language), and add multimedia files like music and movie files.

Where do I find TextEdit?

Open TextEdit from the Applications folder, or from the Launchpad.
