Add Windows Media Player to the Windows XP taskbar

Control your Windows Media Player while in other programs by adding it to your Windows taskbar. To do this, follow the steps below.

1. Right-click a blank portion of the Windows toolbar.
2. Select Toolbars and choose Windows Media Player.

Now any time the Windows Media Player is open and minimized, you have a small player on the Windows toolbar.
