The verify command enables or disables a feature that determines whether or not files are written properly.

Verify syntax
Tells the Windows command line (cmd.exe) if it should verify the files are written correctly to a disk.
VERIFY [ON | OFF]
Type VERIFY without a parameter to display the current VERIFY setting.
