Previously known as Android Wear, Wear OS is an Android-based smartwatch platform developed by Google. The operating system, much like its smartphone counterpart, is flexible and optimized to work on devices from a large variety of manufacturers. Wear OS (operating system) watches are available from technology companies, like LG and Huawei, with well-known fashion companies, like Fossil, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, and Guess. Each watch has its own unique features and capabilities based on their manufacturer.
