intel 8080 processor

Introduced by Intel on April 1, 1974, the 8080 had an 8-bit architecture, 6,000 transistors, clock speeds of 2 MHz, access to 64 KB of memory and 10 times the performance of the 8008. This processor's original application was the Altair, one of the world's first personal computers.
